Alternative medication prices vary based on dose and will be discussed with the patient once the plan of care and dosing schedule has been provided by our medical providers.

Notes:
Our female HRT program does not include estradiol cypionate but may be deemed medically beneficial. Estradiol cypionate is billed per order at $328.00. The medication lasts ~12 months per order for most patients.
Virtual Prompt Care (Telehealth Visit)
Each telehealth visit is competitively priced at just $75.00 per visit. No surprises, no hidden fees.
If deemed appropriate, prescription medications for Virtual Prompt Care visits will be sent to your provided commercial pharmacy.
The cost of medications is not included in your virtual prompt care visit and medications sent to your commercial pharmacy will be billed at their cash-pay rates or at the discounted price negotiated between your insurance carrier and the pharmacy.
Optimized Health and Wellness does not work with insurance carriers and will not be able to complete any prior authorization requests made by your insurance carrier. Optimized Health and Wellness does not provide superbills.
